throughout the story Yu-kun and Su-yeon face many obstacles and challenges as they try to stop the terrorist organization. They are aided by former NSS agent Hyun Joon (played by Lee Byung Hun), who is presumed dead after the events of the first “Iris” series. As the story unfolds, Yoo-gun and Soo-yeon search. It also discovers that the true mastermind behind IRIS is someone they never suspected. The film ends with a heated confrontation between NSS agents and IRIS members, with the country’s fate hanging by a thread.
